Old Fashioned Hamburger - This burger is like taking a scenic drive through Acadiana. If you have enjoyed burgers with detail, this should be the burger you wanna try. Every bite is juicy, takes you back to burgers you may miss from old places you cannot locate anymore.
1. It's surprising to see Fezzo's sell a hamburger Po-boy, because of it's Seafood following but truth is I couldn't put it down. 2. The bread is from Langlinais Bakery & has a light flake to the bun. (But not too much, still soft to the touch) The taste was just as good as the display. It really is that good. I am calling the Fezzo's Poboy the "underground" special because it's not on the menu. Go in and ask for it you will enjoy it. Tell em AcadianaHamburger sent you!
