1. The Pontalba burger comes undressed unless you ask for cheese. The bun is loaded with sesame seeds. The patti is flame-broiled to your liking. 2. The burger has a rich new orleans taste, shredded lettuce, and comes with a side of fries to complete your fill. I do have to include that when your burger journey at the Pontalba is complete, you may want to try one of their Bloody-Marys. *Be sure to ask the wait-staff which burger John Cusack chose during the filming of Runaway Jury.
